The Yoga Barn at Laurel Park offers hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, i-rest yoga nidra, meditation, one-day retreats and three-day retreats.

Class Schedule:

The Yoga Barn will offer small group classes as soon as we are permitted to do so. We will host the following class schedule, with reduced attendee numbers, to enable social distancing and cleaning of the yoga barn inbetween all sessions: 

 

  • Monday         19:00 – 20:15:  Rest Fest (mindful movement, breathing techniques, restorative yoga, and guided meditation – for all levels)
  • Wednesday   10:00 – 11:15:  Hatha and meditation (movement based practice – for all levels)
  • Wednesday   19:00 – 20:15:  Yin yoga (floor-based longer held poses to nourish connective tissues – for all levels)
  • Saturday        10:00 – 11:15:  Hatha and mediation (movement based practice – for all levels)

In addition, we are running the following one day retreats:

  • Sunday 1st August                   Integrity of the Spine
  • Sunday 15th August                Exploring the Ego
  • Sunday 5th September           Moving with the Breath
  • Sunday 26th September         Exploring Attachment and Aversion
